Terrible customer service Terrible food from breakfast lunch to dinner Unfriendly hotel staff No hot water in rooms Wouldn’t recommend this foreigners….. Everyone wants a tip when they don’t want to render their help………………………. ……………..

I went to addis for trip affair. This was Mumu first expérience with dreamline hôtel. Very professionnel cheap and nice hôtel . Réception staff tsege !! Wonderful very professionnel !! I really appreciated staying there. Thanks a lot ! I love Ethiopia

Not clean No diner Rotten breakfast Broken equipment in rooms No WiFi !! Simply the best place to stay in Addis if you want a caveman experience with a free tourista as a souvenir when you’re back home.

The bed was not convertible and no air conditioner ,not enough towels in the room

Being kicked out of the lobby is extremely humiliating. If you stay too long, even if they are quiet, the staff (security or a bell attendant) will kick you out. For a variety of reasons, I was not expecting such a perplexing approach.

This stay was set up by Ethiopian Airlines because I had an overnight stay in Addis. I had heard only good things about this program. But the Dreamliner has seen better days. The carpets are old and dingy. The walls dented and marked and in desperate need of a paint job. You get one towel in the bathroom. The mirror wasn’t clean. There was a footprint on my sheet. The phone wasn’t plugged in. I asked to be moved because the carpet in my first room needed to be vacuumed. The new room’s bathroom sink was peeling. It was dingy and depressing.

Sent here by Ethiopian Airlines, bedroom was ok, none of the problems other people have mentioned. Bathroom needs improving, shower over the bath but absolutely no pressure . Didn’t bother eating or leaving the hotel as not really enough time

Due to layover transit we were booked into this hote by ethiopian airlines. To be honest i’d rather have slept on the plane, as the process of overnight transit is somewhat cumbersome (arrived at 9.30 pm, at hotel 0030, without taking out luggage), but thats a different story. Got a bad feeling as sopn as i saw the shuttlebus from the hotel. Although I guess the transit passengers dont get the best of rooms; this was downright appaling. Not clean, 1 handtowel, the bedsheets admittedly looked clean but felt like they had been in use for a while. We did check for bedbugs though, in hope of getting a newer and better room, but even there the hotel «failed». The bed itself was not good. But if you are tired enough and your plane leave on the morrow it’ll kinda work. The breakfast at least led my thoughts away, but alas not to good things. Rice, coffe and juice was basically the only viable choices, and maybe some sort of vegetable stew. The driver of the shuttlebus back to bole gave us a worthy farewell by his safe driving and way to loud music and singing. After which he asked for a tip. I usually tip the drivers almost regardless of the driving, remembering that at least thry grt us alive through traffic we mever would’ve dared trying ourselves. Not this time. Advise: Insist on another hotel if ethiopia tries to give you this gift (you’ll see it on the voucher you get when checking in. Or buy entrance to their lounge. You can’t get worse.

Ethiopia Airline changed our flight time to 6 hours later so they put us in this hotel in between our flights. This is NOT a 4 stars as ot claims to be. The room is dirty, half the appliances don't work or are broken (e.g phone, shower, soap dispenser). We're a couple but they gave us a room with a double bed but set up for 1 person (1 towel), the food they served us was disgusting and served cold (cold fried fish and cold rice)... the list goes on. We've not made breakfast yet but I'm compelled to write this now.

It was very disappointing to see what used to be a good hotel in that poor state! Room no amenities - tv not working, poor internet connectivity etc!
