Great location. Need a little extra maintenance and better noise isolation

Found dirty q tips on floor on our room and could here someone tossing in bed all night in the room above. Staff was courteous.

It was very affordable hotel with great accommodations. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the card key system for the door didn’t work very well.

Stop asking

Great location for walking the town and the amenities were an extra bonus

This is my favorite hotel in Fredericksburg! My kids and I really like the pool and hot tub. We also like that it is walkable to everything in downtown Fredericksburg.

The lady at the desk was kind. The first room we tried was loaded with fabulosa. You could tell they were trying to mask an odor. When my wife and I walked in it nearly us over. We asked for another room. It didn’t have any fabulosa. But when my wife tried to make coffee she pulled out an old coffee bad full of mildew. The carpet smelled old. I don’t plan on staying there again. We decided to leave the night before check out morning.

The rooms were okay. The internet pictures were very deceiving! They made it look like the room had a personal balcony. The pool on the internet was huge and there were two.
