Sunday House Inn and Suites

Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options.

The room is nice and big. Beds are horrible. Old spring mattresses that have lots of stains. Covered with a mattress cover at least. Rooms are dated and older looking but still fairly clean. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was so good! The pool are was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Staff was very friendly. Property is well maintained. Room with king bed was roomy. The breakfast had very good variety. The lady overseeing the breakfast was attentive and really took pride in her job. The only negative is we could hear the upstairs guest moving around at times.

We love this place. We have stayed here a few times and will continue to stay here on all future trips to Fredericksburg. Very nice people, convenient to all shopping and restaurants we love.

The floor in the living room had not been vacuum had some sort of small limb in the living room area, sofa was unbearable very itchy. Me and husband both were very itchy after sitting for a very few minutes chair was itchy too. So we couldn't spent time in the living area due to the itchy furniture and dirty carpet areas. The rooms are old and we had a hard time opening door had to push to get it open.

King bed was very firm, and rock hard. Internet available, 2 pools and 1 hot tub. Breakfast was really good. 2 restaurants across the street (mexican and asian).
