Excellent Area Loved the Sauna

The hospitality, the cleanliness of the rooms, the pool was an amazing experience. The people were awesome & other travellers. Was an excellent experience, we will be back with our kids & parents next time!

The cafe was a little frustrating, they seem to choose their own times. Only down fall which isn’t the priorities fault, but I’d like to mention it. As I’m sure others have experienced this also.

There was no firestick as advertised. The dryer didn’t work during our stay. Reported but unable to repair. An offer of $30 was rejected as this was to go to a laundromat. There is no games console in the property, again this is advertised. The cleaning brush for the BBQ really needs replacing and is not fit for purpose. Made having a BBQ a bit more difficult. I wish we were given the option to have either a balcony or terrace. As the one we were allocated faces the main road passing the complex, so not at all private. We would have never have chose this and see it as a downgrade to other equivalent properties. The pool, hot tub and sauna good but are shared for the complex so not private as described in the accommodation listing. The hot tub is listed as a room amenity but this is not true as it is in the shared complex. The original listing was described as having 2 living rooms, again this is not true for this property. As we had two teenage boys, we hoped to use one of those rooms as a separate space utilising the sofa bed. We chose to put both boys together as we also needed the living space

The condo itself was a great, with all amenities that were stated. Host was very attentive through booking.com portal as well. The condo could do with better knife to cut food with. Lived the fireplace! Great partial views of the beautiful mountains. Though the resort appeared full, you could not hear your neighbors at all.

There were always a lot of people in the pool and hot tub. Those were smaller in real life than what they look like in pictures. If you don’t mind over 5 or 6 people in the hot tub with you it fine but not if you want to relax after skiing or snow hiking.

Stoneridge is a perfect spot to stay. So close to everything.

One suggestion. Bathroom lighting is very poor and a makeup mirror would be so helpful. Not everyone has young eyes.🤭 Thanks@

Absolutely beautiful space! The suite was clean and spacious. The hosts were very pleasant and great communicators. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were lovely. The location is around lots of restaurants, shops, and attractions. We will definitely be back!!!
