Stoneridge Mountain Resort

Given a lovely bottle of wine when sharing it was my birthday.!

When only there for one night, the cleaning fees were excessive.

Well equipped… beautiful view, high ceilings

No bathrobes for pool

Beautiful hotel, rooms were big for our family. Enjoyed looking out our window at the mountains. Nice having 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with dishwasher. Loved having a washer and dryer in our room so we could dry our bathing suits.

Price was a bit high for one night stay.

Just one thing. I did not really have a mountain view ( which I booked) . I guess these were the rooms on the other side.

The location was terrible. The price was ridiculously expensive for a motel that was metres off the main road and nowhere near nature. We felt cheated and the ratings on booking.com were ridiculous. We ended up moving hotel which cost us £3000 for 3 nights. This place is a rip off and I would never advise anyone to go there

The property is beautiful and spacious, and was as nice as the pictures on the site. 20mins’ drive to Banff downtown.

No reception staff, though there were someone at the lobby to assist if you have questions. Room doesn’t get serviced during stay, and need to take out trash, which we didn’t know about. Not a huge issue though, have instructions for everything.

We booked our stay for December 1st, and it was an experience our family will never forget. From the seamless booking process and warm arrival to the checkout and beautiful welcome amenities, everything provided a 'wow' factor. Thank you, Stoneridge, for such a wonderful stay.
