Hotel Blackhawk, Autograph Collection

Appreciate the history of this property, but it is worn down and showing its age. They are working on renovations. Staff was very friendly. Onsite restaurant was ok.

Was there for a short stay, the people who worked there were very nice and accommodating. Couldn’t be more pleasant. All in all a very nice hotel.

Very nice place to stay. Large, comfortable room. Very convenient for us. Enjoyed happy hour and breakfast.

Great stay!

Our stay was really great other than the fact that we had to change rooms after unpacking all of our things because your heat in our room wasn't working and it was the middle of winter. We couldn't swim because the pool was under construction. There is a bowling alley in the basement, but when we went down to reserve Lanes, there was a party that had rented the whole thing out, so my kids were very disappointed. We were therefore a dance competition, so there wasn't a lot of time to leave and go do other things. The staff was nice and accommodating, though. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful! It definitely help to make up for what we were missing out on. We will definitely stay again. Hopefully the pool will be up and running!

Nice staff, comfy beds, warm rooms. Close to the theatre. Beautiful decor. Felt secure. Coffee shop had tasty breakfast sandwiches.

Poor service in the restaurant. Food took a long time to arrive. Food was cold when it came out and not very flavorful . Waitress was attentive when she was there, but was gone for long periods of time.

Beautiful property! Loved the hotel and especially the room! Possibly my favorite hotel because of the decor charm and history! The soaker 🛀 tub was a nice surprise! We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting the Quad Cities!
