Beds were comfy

Rooms weren't cleaned everyday or any day, only beds made, had the same sheets all week and same towels unless u put them on the floor

Vechi, murdar si interior si exterior. Mancare putina si la totul inclus plateai bautura si barul de la piscina.

Children’s entertainment, swimming pools, showers.

Waiting times for lifts, smell of weed and cigarettes, people shouting at night waking my kids and no answer at reception, my daughter and I both got sick and spend a day vomiting, lack of room cleaning.

The Hotel lobby and reception was clean and inviting. The staff were approachable friendly and professional. Check in was quick and efficient, there was an offer to store luggage before and after check in. Hotel had plenty of lifts to to access floors as the hotel was extremely busy on Cheltenham weekend. Room and bathroom were an adequate size and very clean. Room service was excellent, cleaners were very thorough. I asked for a quiet room and was given a room at the side aspect of the hotel which was perfect. The food hall was great offering plenty of choice and food was quickly refilled free wine with meals was a nice touch.

There are no negative comments

Location is great, pool lovely, plenty sunbeds, room huge and big terrace instead of balcony was a lovely surprise

The food is bad, inedible for the most part
