Child friendly as I was with my grandchildren perfect staff all the time keeping their eye on the kids in the pool entertainment was excellent for the children. The service of food was excellent at the small bars at the poolside and the token for each cup brilliant idea.

Squashed flies on the walls and ceiling in the room that were there when we arrived, so the cleaner hadn't cleaned these off prior to our arrival. There was no water at all, hot or cold, for prolonged periods on multiple days during our stay. There was a sight giving pre warning of one episode that water would be shut off. However, there was another long period when there was no water at all and no notice. We were unable to shower, brush our teeth, or even flush the toilet. We received no apology or compensation when we complained. We were kept awake by two groups of lads in rooms next to each other. They were in and out of eachothers rooms and were very loud in the hall outside their rooms. This happened from 2am to 4am. We asked them to be quiet multiple times. We ended up going down to get security. However, security was nowhere to be seen. The male receptionist came up to talk to the men, but they ignored him. This wouldn't happen if they didn't allow large group bookings or stag and hen bookings, etc. The food was the same thing every day. I understand all inclusive can be repetitive, but you usually get more variety. You only usually see a repeat of dishes if you stay longer than 1 week. The food certainly wasn't 4 stars.
