The food the staff and cleaners are so rude there no communion when you arrive u just get giving you room key to find your way your self kids mini disco 3 songs on that it kids pool only open between 12.5 whilst bigger pool 10.7 should be same time for all pools the entaonment needs more sign post with what happening on day today on where to find them ... The lifts were horrendous certainly need to b sorted out walked to the 9 th flop a few times

My stay at Hotel Rosamar was very disappointing overall. The only positive aspects were the friendly staff and the hotel’s proximity to the beach, which was very convenient.

Unfortunately, several negative points seriously affected my experience. First of all, the cleanliness of the hotel was far below expectations. I had to ask the housekeeping staff twice during my stay to properly clean my room again, which is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be 4-star quality. As for the food, the dinner options were not very tasty and became repetitive very quickly. Breakfast was acceptable, but nothing special. The atmosphere in the hotel was also problematic. Many guests were extremely noisy and disrespectful: shouting in the hallways, slamming doors, talking loudly late at night, and drunk people disturbing other guests. Since the rooms are poorly insulated, all the noise could be heard very clearly, making it difficult to rest properly. The most unacceptable issue happened on the last night, when the hotel cut off the water supply from 11 PM until 11 AM the next day due to maintenance work. During that time, guests could not shower, wash their hands, brush their teeth, or use water at all. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel of this category. Finally, the beds were really very uncomfortable. Overall, I would rate this hotel 3/10. In my opinion, it does not truly meet the standards expected from a 4-star hotel.

Had my 70th birthday there with family. Lovely time had by all
