we requested early check in and they told us no. we landed at 3am and had to wait till 4pm to check in and then when we checked in we received a email saying our early check in was approved. Absolute joke. All else though rooms are lovely food is ok. facilities brilliant and also location is perfect.

Not much I've never experienced such rude staff ,they were not helpful the manager was the worst ever she was rude very cheeky looked down at us and we will never be back .

Most of all the staff they were terrible.

El desayuno esta pensado solo en el mercado inglés. Se podía poner algo de verduras, porque no todo los clientes comen el desayuno inglés, 🤔🤔🤔.
