Beautifully clean room. Love how they have done up the accommodation. Fab friendly staff. Everyone was lovely. The very loud music in the bar/eating room.

Sadly the food was a disappointment. However lots of people eat there so maybe we were unlucky!

There was a problem with the room. The two staff on that night were amazing and resolved it like pros... Also amazing espresso.

"Doors are difficult to be opened"

Room and bathroom are big

Doors ( main door plus room door) were difficult to be opened and there are only hotel staff during working hours which means no one there on the weekend and public holidays. The hotel use the password/pin to entry the hotel and the room, however based on the pattern, you can easily guess other rooms their password which is no safe. Hope the hotel update their passwords regularly. The bed is too soft and there is no kettle in the room.
