Bye far the worst hotel we have stayed in. The room wasn’t cleaned dispite constant requests we had to go out and buy pillows and toilet rolls as they would not replace them .we waited for 50 mins for Sunday lunch and when it came the food stuck to the plate as they forgot to bring it out and put it in the microwave We asked for a refund as we couldn’t eat it but was refused, After 3 days we said we wanted to move out and asked for our money back on the remaining days but the manager would not give us it back ,In my opinion I can see the manager running your hotel into the ground unless you replace him and sort the place out.

Good value for the traveler stopping for the night with helpful staff. The room was a bit cramped.

stopped overnight on a sunday arrived at 7pm note no food served after 6pm suday only so had to go to village nearby 5 mins for food nice curry house eastern promise was only place serving as the other pub served food at lunch only on sunday.heating is very warm in all hotel and room was exceptionatly well heated.good breakfast and nice staff.

Very dog friendly. Good value and friendly helpful staff. Facilities were fine although the property is in need of a spruce up.

We had booked a family room but by the time we arrived they had sold it and gave us a double. Ended up sleeping on the floor

Lovely hotel. Very clean room. Staff very friendly. Breakfast delicious. Very hard to find fault with any thing.

Stayed for a night as part of our mini break. Comfortable stay, nice big room, decent wifi. Staff is friendly . Decent bar food but could do with a few more options for Vegetarians. Few points to note 1. If staying on Sunday night, the pub stops serving food by 6.00 p.m 2. Would avoid the rooms near to the road if you are a light sleeper(it's an old building and sound glazing is not modern)
