Noise until late in the night in the room from the nightclub

Personál vstřícný a hotel je blízko k tržišti v Mutrahu. Na recepci jsme se bez problémů domluvili anglicky, obsluha v restauraci byla také velmi milá.

Pokoje by už opravdu potřebovaly renovaci, sprchové kouty v obou koupelnách tekly a výtah byl tak prastarý, že se v něm děti bály :) I na úklidu by se dalo přidat.

The location was good, you can get the taxi and reach the Corniche and Mutrah Souq within 5-10 mins. And all the other attractions within 30 mins by taxi. Room was okay and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good.

I have paid for the dinner, every dish which was order they serve it lots of chillies, although I have instructed repeatedly I don't want chillies in my food but my request was ignored, so I have resorted to eat outside. Once I did the lunch in the Hill Kitchen restaurant, I was told I could not order from the menu they only have a Thaali dishes ,so I ordered chicken, which on arrival doesn't have any chicken (just vegetables and chillies)there. In the restaurant the male waiters are better than female waiters(no bias), since they are very arrogant ,ignore your instructions and misguide you while selecting about the spice level).

Lokalita hotela je výborná, v pešej dostupnosti na mestský trh a blízko pevnosti Muttrah.

Na prizemi hotela sa nachádza hlučná diskotéka v ktorej je diskotéka každý deň do tretej rána. Toto je vec ktorú by hotel mal riešiť ak si chce zachovať klientelu.

部屋がとても古く汚かった。テレビもつかないし、エアコンも匂いが臭かった。 ヘアドライヤーがなく、ホテルスタッフに声をかけたが全くない状況だった

الأثاث قديم حجزت لمدة 3 ايام ولم يقم أحد بتنظيف الغرفة المواقف اخر الليل بها صعوبة

Z baru náležícího k hotelu šla až do 3 ráno velmi hlasitá hudba, nedalo se spát.
