A two part review. Pros - a large hotel with great infrastructure, lovely rooms, first class friendly service, huge pool, amazingly clean and superb attractive gardens. Cons - the food was mass catering, buffet style, edible but bland and not especially well presented. The beach was truly horrible. Very pebbly, seriously uncomfortable to walk on, painful to get into the sea and not very attractive to sunbathe on (although beds around the pool were plentiful and comfortable. Pool side bar and toilets were not up to standard. The hotel is some distance from any village or attractions so a car is needed although the hotel does provide a shuttle service to Palermo and Cefalu. Also there were day trips arranged by the hotel. A decent chef and a bulldozer to the beach are essential to make this a stand out hotel worthy of all 4 stars.

Très bel hôtel ça s arrête là pour ce qui y est de l hôtel … petit déjeuner catastrophique limite irrespectueux envers la clientèle … café au niveau d une cafétéria de station service alors qu en Italie le café est excellent partout nourriture dans l ensemble petit dej dej dîner très mauvais et indigne d un hôtel de ce standing … concernant la chambre literie de mauvaise qualité frigidaire qui ne refroidit rien pour j imagine inciter les clients à consommer au bar de l hôtel …. Ma seule bonne note concernera la piscine et l accueil du spa du 4 eme étage qui fut parfait ainsi que la piscine de l hôtel qui est très sympa également … je ne reviendrais pas

Très bel hôtel chambres spacieuses et propre. Superbe plage sable et galets au calme. Piscine spectaculaire. Animation au top. Repas excellent. hôtel situé à 30 min en voiture de Cefalù et 1h de palermo. Nous avons passé un séjours de rêve. Je conseille cet hôtel.

Resort has loud music until midnight every night so don’t plan on sleeping until after midnight. Every day loud announcers at the pool over the speakers and music is played so loud there is no way to relax. The food is awful which is so sad because Sicily is known for good food. We ended up taking a taxi into town for dinners but taxis are only available until 10pm and have to be pre arranged so it’s not convenient. So you have to get back from dinner by 10pm or you are stuck. Two massages at the spa were awful they are not well trained or experienced. The spa itself was pretty but the loud announcing and loud speaker from the pool again makes it where it’s hard to relax. Facilities were clean and nice.

Excellent Resort avec un personnel aux petits oignons. Très bons buffets Piscine très fraîche, mais comme partout

Struttura molto bella e personale professionale , disponibilissimo e gentilissimo anche nel mettere a proprio agio gli ospiti, Stanze accoglienti e ariose, Per l bagni consiglio di far installare anche delle docce che possono essere più agevoli per chi non può scavalcare il bordo vasca

The pool is the best thing about this resort. I could hardly get out of it!

drinks to expensive at the pool bar and not many restaurants and stuff to do around
