Very well located . Can’t actually find anything to complain about .

ICARO is an architectural gem. Its location on the alpe de suisi enabled us to leave the car, go on walks and enjoy the views from every location. It is a very peaceful place and earns its five star status in every way. It is an expensive splurge. If you do book make sure you use Google Maps and make sure you don’t end up in a detour like we did. The detour to three hours to resolve and driving those windy roads is not for the faint of heart. The property is beautiful in an amazing location with great views. It is clear that great detail has been taken with the design and the intention with the customer experience

We found the service a little underwhelming and at times a bit patronising (although this was confined to a single staff member, everyone else was lovely). For example we were met with impatience when asking clarification questions or when checking whether there could be any flex in our half board arrangements.

The location and the view are excellent.

The food, dinner is bad. The breads for dinner are left over from morning breakfast, the cod we had was so salty and not fresh.

The fantastic nature, quietness. Good location for hikes, fresh air, fantastic views. Nice and clean rooms with a terrace and view. Very nice spa facilities, loved the sauna.

The taste of the food was very good and well made, but the portions maybe a little small in the set-menu, after spending many hours hiking😅 Friendly and service minded staff.

All was excellent. Location was perfect for photography
