Property Notes

The hotel is located in the Schlern wildlife park. According to Italian law the use of cars in the wildlife park is forbidden. You are however allowed to access the hotel with a permit which you can get at the St. Valentin forestry office on the road 6.2 mi from the hotel, between 09:00 and 17:00. Outside their opening hours, you can get your permit directly at the hotel. The permit allows you - to access the Schlern wildlife park at all times on the day of arrival and departure. - to use your car in the wildlife park between 17:00 and 10:00 during the rest of your stay - to park at the hotel's parking space. Please note that snow chains are recommended in winter.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Stunning hotel with amazing views"

The hotel is in a spectacular location, the view from every window is stunning. The staff were all very nice and attentive. The rooms are nice and evoke a kind of alpine cabin feel. View from the balcony was gorgeous.

Possibly the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. It’s a personal thing so it’s just my opinion, but neither of us slept well as found the mattress too hard. Also a USB socket would be handy in the room for charging at night.

The location was spectacular. We went in October and were able to hike steps from our room. Our room was spacious and we enjoyed two balconies with exceptional views. Spa facilities were very nice and far exceeded our expectations. The restaurant was fantastic. We enjoyed breakfast and a five course dinner each day. The staff was attentive. We would definitely like to return!

The views from the hotel were gorgeous. Probably the best in the whole of the Dolomites. The facilities were great and it was a really comfortable stay. The service manager at the restaurant was exceptional as well.

The location is superb; the view is incredible; and the food was excellent. Such a joy to be able to walk out the door and be on pathe on the highest mountain meadow in Europe

The view of both Sassolunga in the West and Tri peaks in the East … hiking in Alpe di Siusi which is breath-taking is very convenient and a must in Dolomites … the dinner is tasty with no repetition during my 4-night stay 💝

Beautiful view for sunset and sunrise. The architecture itself is also beautiful. Room was comfortable with a good balcony. Will visit again.

Pillow was too low. Not much variety for breakfast although within its limitation it was good. Dinner was average. One of our rooms came with the showering room not fully segregated from the toilet area.
