Great location in Palermo for restaurants, bars, shops and sites. The reception and rooms are crazier than the photos!! It’s fantastic!! Vito and Chiandra were extremely helpful and added to my fantastic stay! Nothing was too much trouble. My room was clean and very comfortable and spacious. Great shower and view over the homes of the locals was fascinating. Highly recommend!

Super location off one of the main busy / popular roads. Walkable to basically everything. Good for solo travellers

When i did the booking i was looking at hotels in Palermo Buenos Aires and it show me this one for an amazing price after i booked it turns out to be in Palermo Italy. Just make sure you Google the address before booking as it is not refundable.

Good locațion

The hotel wanted us to call them when we were one hour away. Although very hard to find, you can’t beat the location of this place! We had a tough time even with the gps in our rental car. Just know that it will be a challenge but it will work out, hopefully with minimal frustration. We were directed to a parking garage (Parcheggio Maqueda) close by which was kept locked at night. We were able to easily find Simone, the parking attendant, the morning we had an early departure. (There was also a sign with his phone number if you needed to reach him which I've included in my photos.) Chiara and her dog greeted us inside the hotel. She was very nice and drew us a map with all the highlights close by. That was very helpful, and it put things in perspective for us! She then showed us our room. It was very purple! There were nightstands on each side of the bed. Ernest had an outlet on his side. No outlet on my side of the bed but there was a lamp. I unplugged the lamp to charge my phone. The bathroom was fairly large by European standards. Best of all, the shower was large enough to move around! The shower door was stiff and difficult to open/shut but I managed. There was no place inside the shower to put my soap so it was on the sink ledge and I had to open the shower door a few times. Shower did not drain well but there was a small ledge that I could stand on so that my feet had a clean rinse at the end. The light over the vanity gave out great light. The light in the room was so dim I had to use the flashlight on my phone to read my book. But there was a nice nightlight in the bathroom. The a/c was pretty ineffective. Despite dialing in a temperature, the room never really cooled down. Limited counter space in the bathroom. We were given breakfast vouchers good for one pastry and one drink at an adorable pastry shop just around the corner from our room.

We were welcomed by Chiara when were arrived. she was pleasant, friendly and very knowledgeable. She was able to tell us all about the the area, the best places to eat and visit. we were shown to our room which was decorated with 70's records on the wall and a fabulous round bed. Abali' Gran Sultanato is right in the heart of the old town and is central for everything. The main street is closed to traffic most of the day and is only 25meters from the B&B. we were upgraded on our last night to the Sultan's Suite, a sight to behold. Over all a great,friendly place to stay. will be back.

Very friendly check in person who we also saw out that night and talked to. She was very welcoming when we arrived,booked an airport transfer for us and recommended places to go that night for a meal. The breakfast venue was also very good. Other points - check which room you book as the room on the photo of the B&B is not necessarily the one you have booked - you can upgrade at additional cost!! Room spacious - shower needs looking at as the head leaks.
