Quirky hotel on the fourth floor. Chiara, who welcomed me, could not have been nicer. I got lost trying to drive to the hotel but she waited up late for me to get there. She then came with me in the morning to get my car from the street parking and take me to the Parking Maqueda which I had tried to find. (I was actually right next to it at one point in the evening). Really pleased with my welcome.

The most important owner is very friendly. Location, security, comfort! The best thing about Palermo is its owner's warmth.

Excellent location near attractions yet also has a local feel Our check-in was smooth and pleasant and we got a hand-drawn map that gave us a great starting point for exploring the city including sights we had not thought to check out as well as great recommendations for local food places. Easy-peasy: Call/text Vito the day before your arrival, he will guide you for reaching the B&B smoothly. Amazing host who speaks fluently several languages and who will share his great knowledge about Palermo with a touch of storytelling. Fab ! Very enjoyable to have a bath every nights :) Central location with easy access to each part of the city, highly recommended !

I want to say thank you, the Abalì Gran Sultanato B&B is a great place to stay if you are looking for something different to the normal hotels. Breakfast is available at a cafe across the road with a selection of coffee and Italian sweets for breakfast. Bed is comfortable and clean Bathroom is clean and tidy with good water pressure. Wifi - had intermittent issues and needs addressing. Location is excellent - right in the middle of town with easy access to everything. Overall a great experience!
