Abali' Gran Sultanato

I want to say thank you, the Abalì Gran Sultanato B&B is a great place to stay if you are looking for something different to the normal hotels. The services is very personal and interior design is unique. Breakfast is served at a cafe across the road with a selection of coffee and Italian sweets for breakfast. Bed is comfortable and clean Bathroom is clean and tidy with good water pressure. Wifi - had intermittent issues and needs addressing. Location is excellent - right in the middle of town with easy access to everything. Overall a great experience!

Abalì Gran is on the 5th floor of a large apartment block which we were not expecting. Signage wasn’t great but Vito was on the phone giving us instructions. When we arrived upstairs, he greeted us in fine sultan style with coat and hat! To be honest I think that my partner and I thought that we had arrived at the mad hatters tea party! It was fun. Vito spoke good English and made us feel at ease. We were shown to our room and left to settle in. We only stayed one night but can happily report clean room, comfortable bed (we like firm mattresses) and the bathroom worked as it should. If you like quirky, this is definitely the place to stay! Vito will look after you well. He can also recommend reputable 24hour car parks which are nearby.

Old Building but very interesting rooms. Very central location. Friendly owner but did not tell you all the facts about your parking and other things.

Einfaches B&B im Strandzentrum. Sehr herzlicher Empfang und gute Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zentrale Lage. Sehr einfaches Frühstück in einem benachbarten Café.

Très bien situé au cœur du vieux Palerme . Lieu Insolite et original. Très bon accueil du propriétaire même au téléphone. Encore en partie en travaux mais on a envie d’y revenir !

Sûrement l'un de mes plus beaux séjours en hôtel/B'n'B ! L'endroit est assez hors-norme et excentrique (après tout, c'est le Grand Sultanat!), un immense appartement composé de 5 chambres et suites et d'une immense pièce à vivre commune avec balcons. Idéalement situé en plein centre historique mais offrant malgré tout un calme total pour les nuits, c'est un cocon parfait pour découvrir Palerme! La chambre (chambre double "aquarium", merci Vito pour le surclassement!) était parfaite, très propre, literie très confortable, clim et ventilo, très grande avec une salle de bain , possède tout ce qu'il faut pour être bien. Certes, pas de Tv et c'est tant mieux, il manquerait peut-être juste un petit frigo mais après tout il y en a un dans le salon. L'endroit permet donc de s'isoler tranquillement si l'on en a envie, de discuter avec les autres habitants ou encore de partager avec le Grand Sultan qui passerait par là! ...Car ce qui fait aussi et surtout le charme d'Abalì, c'est Vito, le Sultan des lieux. Adorable hôte, parfaitement trilingue Italien/Francais/Anglais, et toujours là en cas de question ou petit problème à résoudre pour votre bien-être ,vous serez parfaitement accueillis et Vito prendra soin de vous donner tous les bons tuyaux sur la ville, voir de vous la faire découvrir par lui-même! C'est donc avec grand plaisir que je recommande l'Abalì Gran Sultanato, et un chaleureux merci que je t'adresse Vito, pour ta gentillesse, ton professionnalisme et ta générosité.
