Hotel Kavalerie

I booked a double bed room for single use. In hotels.com description the room was supposed to "overlook the courtyard". This mean that the room should have a window looking to some kind of courtyard. But it didn't. Just had a window on the roof of the room, most accurately a hatch on the roof, accecible only with a very long stick to move the shader!!! Overlooking a courtyard of a place in moon or another planet maybe. I felt like I was in a cage as the room had no other windows apart from this hatch and asked the receptionist to give me another room with the description I had paid for. But the answer from the receptionist was to give more money so they would give me another upgraded room. I talked to phone with the manager and his excuse was " I can't have a complete description on all the hotel rooms". unfortunately I had prepaid for my stay, otherwise I would move to another hotel. Description of the room concerning this key feature was deceptive and I would NOT have booked the room if I knew what the reality was. I am a frequent user of hotels.com and I first time i felt very stressed with this kind of situation. I will make a report to hotels.com and ask for compensation cause the room I stayed didn't meet the description of the room I had booked and paid for.

Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich, die zentrale Lage war super, das Hotel ist sehr einfach gehalten, im großen und ganzen aber ok

Lage zum Hof war ein Blick auf das Hinterhaus in 1m Entfernung. Zimmer und Bad waren dem Preis angemessen. Schallisolierung = 0

It was a cosy hotel, very close to the bus station and the city. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Superzentrale Lage, dies führt aber auch dazu, dass man am Wochenende bei nach vorne liegendem Zimmer das Karlsbader Nachtleben sehr intensiv miterleben darf ;-) Von der Einrichtung her ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, alles sauber und in vernünftigem Zustand. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück geht völlig in Ordnung. Kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Прекрасный отель. Расположен в центре, близко к достопримечательностям. Приветливый персонал, отличный завтрак, чисто и уютно. Нет лифта. Не критично, если все молоды и здоровы. В целом - всё прекрасно.

Nettes Personal, der Rezeptionist spricht perfekt deutsch und ist sehr hilfsbereit.

住在三樓自己搬行李,隔音不好,其他都非常好 No elevator, you need to move the luggauge by yourself to the 3rd floor. Room's insulation is poor. But others are excellant.
