Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Location right in centre on town.

I've stayed before so when Expedia kicked this place up at at decent price I pounced on it.

I had an early bus from Karlovy Vary to catch to Prague international airport, so this hotel was ideally located, less than 10min walk to main bus station, but also close to all the major culture and hiking sites in the town. Room and bathroom were clean. Friendly staff checked me in early and even carried my suitcase up the stairs to the top floor. I did not have breakfast, was in a rush.

The hotel is close to the bus and train stations which was handy as this was our arrival and departure points. Our 2nd stay here. Staff were friendly, the breakfast was very nice each morning. The location is quiet and an easy walk to the main centre of Karlovy Vary, also close to reasonably priced restaurants. Rooms were clean and as expected.

We changed our Economy Rooms which were NOT GOOD ( Less than Average ) to MORE SPACIOUS ACCOMODATION in the same Hotel HOTEL CAVALARIE - changed to LARGER SUITS which were VERY GOOD and VERY SPACIOUS - Excellent

hardworking freindly staff. old building with Stairs. I recogment rooms to the yard, unless you want to learn new russian fourletter words in the mittle of the night ;-)

Very good value for money The room was small but everything was clean and tidy Breakfast was very adequate . All we needed ona two day fast visitThe staff were helpful

Wonderful service. Safe, clean, great location and wonderful rooms.

There is no advantage of the Hotel except the price. Considering that i am origianlly coming from a mediterranean country the service was very unprofessional (like in many eastern European countries) and the staff gets easily angry cause of getting everything from the negative side, partyl becaue of their very poor english&communication skills. Its a smokers hotel, so even if the sheets are clean, the smell of the smoke is felt as soon you enter the room. The room I stayed had a very bad view to some closed are between the buildings.

Our room in standard section was small but clean and pleasant with window facing the pedestrian street. Plenty reasonably priced restaurants in the area, walking distance to the centre, easy 10 minutes walk to the bus and train station, you do not have to bother with the taxi in this area. Breakfast is sufficent for the budget hotel - cheese, salami, boiled eggs, cereal, butter, marmelade, honey. Negative: some loud drunks in the street - strangely both nights. Is it every night?
