Eira do Serrado - Hotel & Spa

Prachtige locatie en heel aardig personeel .

De masseuse was op vakantie en de sauna is slechts 1 kleine cabine.

Die Lage ist toll, der Weg zu den Wanderwegen nicht weit (obwohl es keine ernsthaften direkt am Hotel gibt)

Die Kissen waren viel zu hart. Das ganze Hotel verströmt den Charm der 80er Jahre. Etwas überdimensioniert.

The location is wonderful, and the views are amazing. The pool and sun loungers are excellent, the gym is well-equipped, and everything is clean and well-maintained.

Considering the price we paid for the room, one would expect breakfast to be of a higher standard, but unfortunately it was very poor. During our four-day stay, there were no vegetables at all—not a single cucumber, tomato, or salad. The eggs were undercooked and runny, there was dust under the food counters, not all dishes were clean, and guests had to serve their own milk and dry breakfast items. The sound insulation in the room is very poor. In the mornings, we could hear all the neighbors, and from above, it sounded like people were walking around with heels and that the rooms were being vacuumed.

Herausragende Lage mit Blick auf das Nonnental und das Bergpanorama von Madeira. Wir haben den Spabereich mit Aussicht sehr genossen.

Kaum vegetarische Optionen beim Essen. Suppe war extrem scharf, Eis mit Ouzo flambiert, was niemanden am Tisch geschmeckt hat.

Didn’t feel like a spa, not luxurious enough The food is not great. All dry and meals not well put together.

Wygodne łóżko, super widok, przestronna łazienka. Przemiły personel. Basen płytki, ale można było się zrelaksować. Super jacuzzi ❤️ Po całym dniu wędrówki naprawdę miło było skorzystać

Na śniadanie zabrakło mi trochę warzyw, ale znalazłam inne rzeczy, które były ok. Basen mógłby być czynny do 20
