Great location, we should have been told about the glow worm grotto across the road when we arrived. Great bonus!

No plug for the hair dryer in the bathroom, and no mirror in the room with a plug! Had to just dry and hope!

It was a good size, comfortable to fit our family with 4 kids, including a baby, plus a dog.

Everything is old, the carpet is too old. The pool was dirty.

"Apart from the hot water issue, the facilities are great and well situated for exploring the area."

Beach and Shopping Centre within walking distance

Hot water from taps almost boiling and was a hazard especially for small children. Hot tap in bathroom (in our unit) was very hard to turn off completely therefore was wasting hot water.

Good space in motel for our fam of 6 and great area for our dog to run around with the kids

Looks unkempt throughout the gardens, also booked for 6 people and was only 4 plates and bowls luckily I always pack plastic ones for the kids.

"Disappointing"

It was close to town centre

The room wasn’t up to standards. Equipment in the room were not up to standards. The electric kettle was disgusting inside. The place looked run down. Need to upgrade and put some love into it if you want customers. Man I regretted my stay but we had no choice. Lucky for us we were out most of the time. Room had damp smell as well. Very disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend it.
