"DONT EVEN BROTHER!!"

Absolutely nothing

An old musty and mouldy unit. Broken curtain sliders causing the curtains to fall off in the bedroom and the ranch slider. The couch has the springs coming out of it. One spare blanket for three beds. The tap in the kitchen sink wasn't fixed and would come out of the fixture when used. Broken lights and light fittings. Mouldy grout around the bathroom basin. Black mould around the window frame in the kitchen. A stove top that had not been cleaned for a very long time. One knife to cut everything...a bread knife. Mismatched cutlery and crockery. Sunken flooring throughout the unit. A toilet that's on a lean and feels like you will fall off when sitting on it. Broken blinds. And the part that I really enjoyed the most .. being mauled by a swarm of wasps at 6am when I turned the bathroom light on, subsequently getting stung three times. Holes in the wall. Patch ups that hadn't been painted over. Paint on the cupboards revealing the yellow paint underneath. No milk for the tea and coffee. Tacks coming out of the kitchen floor causing a cut to my foot and holes in my socks. The windows don't open properly. What an absolute dive!!

"Short to the Beach"

We stayed in a unit which was large with seperate bedrooms (2), bathroom & kitchen. Very roomy, comfortable & clean. We liked everything about this place including the balcony. Very handy to the beach & close enough to town. Really had a pleasant stay here.

General room standard was old & grubby. Attention to clean paint, bought curtains, better pillows. Taps that turn on & off easily are a few areas to work on.
