Apartamentos Magic Atrium Plaza

To be honest this is the worst experience i have had using booking.com. To start with there was several of us booking apartments and we all had the same issue with paying. It was a nightmare, emails, messages and phone calls! Even when we left yesterday my booking.com account still said card declined please make payment even though it had come out of my account weeks ago! I also requested from the apartments early check in and to book parking never heard back from them. So arrived early room was not ready ( ok never had confirmation to say early check in) so said it would be ready at 2 so we used the hotel bar and at 2.15 we went back and still not ready... but.. they offered us a free voucher for us both to have lunch in the hotel. That was very nice. we went back up and had to hang around for someone to show us to the apartments. firstly she took us up in the wrong lift to the wrong apartment so it just got later and later so we actually missed the Fiesta parade (ok we could have left our bags at hotel and gone without lunch but we didnt want to have to sort that out in the early hours when we had been drinking!) Which another one of our party did do and they had a nightmare with no one showing them how to get to the apartments but luckily bumped into another member of our party who showed them where to go at like 2am !!! Also there was no parking available so it cost us 38euro instead of the hotel price of 20 euro! The apartment was comfortable, although we literally slept their but the back door in the kitchen was broken and would not shut! Luckily it was hot and no mozzies about, i found this unacceptable.

Pésimo. - Mala gestión para reservar. Envían un enlace que da error. Llamas 100 veces durante varios días y por fin te envían otro enlace. Así hasta que consigues cerrar la reserva. - Lentitud en la recepción. No hay un trato adecuado hacia los clientes. - Enseñan el apartamento sin saber dónde está ya que no tienen personal suficiente y mandan a otros trabajadores que desconocen la ubicación. - Apartamento sucísimo, en especial la cocina. - Si tienes una avería como, por ejemplo, que pite el sistema anti humos de forma estruendosa y continua porque las pilas estén sulfatadas, hay que tener suerte y depender de que algún trabajador pueda hacerte el “favor” de intentar arreglarlo.

La ubicación es muy buena. IMPORTANTE: El aviso dice que tiene aparcamiento pero en realidad no hay nada. Publicidad engañosa.

IMPORTANTE: 1. Dice que tiene aparcamiento el edificio pero en realidad no hay nada. Reservamos este lugar precisamente por esota razón, ya que íbamos con dos coches. A la final nos tocó aparcar afuera y buscar línea azul general. 2. Las camas no son muy cómodas. 3, No pudimos acceder al wifi porque no teníamos la contraseña.

Muy bien ubicado. La persona que nos atendió y nos acompaño al apartamento fue un encanto.

La puerta de una de las habitaciones no se podía cerrar. Apenas había cubertería y no había jabón ni estropajo. Había 3 baños y solo dos rollos de papel. Las sillas de la terraza estaban sucias. En algunas habitaciones no había persianas y con las cortinas entraba mucha luz por las mañanas.

I didn't like that there was a problem saying my card had declined. I had to ring the hotel 3 times to resolve this. But booking.com kept sending me please update your card details even up to the day before we went. 5 other people had this problem to. I also contacted customer services about this, no one got back to me. Also I asked if we could have an earlier check in but again a received a message that I would be contacted in 24/48 hours. But again no one got back to me. I think booking.com is losing its personal touch. Maybe try in future other companies.
