No nos dieron el apartamento con las plazas que correspondía tampoco nos lo dieron cuando llegamos y la limpieza y las instalaciones dejaban mucho que desear

The 5 bed, 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment was very well laid out and comfortable. It's location was 5 mins away from Benidorm old town overlooking the park so it was very quiet. Bath and hand towels were provided. Value for money was excellent. Being linked to the Hotel Crystal meant you could use their facilities like the pool, bar and entertainment lounge. It also provided safe storage of our luggage on the day of departure.

There were very few cooking accessories even though the kitchen had a hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Eating in was not an option, not that that mattered to our group. We had to request a kettle and more cups so we could have drinks of tea and coffee. The bracket for one shower head had broken. Were it not for these issues my rating would have been 9 out of 10

We did check in online before hand but the process of checking in did take a while.
