Pros: Free Onsite Parking, Hotel Rest. with decent food, and an inclusive breakfast that does the job. Cons: No coffee in room. The mini bar is not stocked - you have to go down to the front desk. The front desk never seems to be open. We had to wait 15mins to check in after we went to find someone. The spa is more for looks... the water is FREEZING in both the hottub and the pool. The saunas are nice, but very small. Overall fine hotel, however, it was not worth what we paid for it.

Godt hotel med wellness afdeling og dejlig restaurant. Ligger tæt på hyggelig by og flot natur.

Vše v hotelu bylo skvělé, obrovský kompliment do restaurace za milou obsluhu a hvězdné jídlo ( vařil Tomáš ). Jen ten příjezd!!! Vím, že za to hotel nemůže ... ale nebyla ný špatná informace, popřípadě mapka s vyznačenou trasou ... jsem zvyklá hledat ... ale tady jsem si připadala jak v nějaké únikovce!

Hotel was slightly dated and a little outside the centre (cannot really walk there) but lovely food and great service made up for this.

Fint hotel med en ok restaurant med fint udvalg. De laver virkelig gode salater. Betjeningen var rodet og der var alle dage fejl i bestillingerne. Fin morgenmad, de er dog ikke gode til at fylde op af de lune retter. Hotellet har spa, som ser mere hyggelig ud på billederne end i virkeligheden, da rummet med pool og spa er meget larmende. Spabadet var koldt alle dage. Ingen mulighed for massage, da alt var booket da vi ankom. Ikke ok og hotellet burde overveje, at fremsende prisliste og behandlingsoversigt til kommende gæster før ankomst. Vi savnede ordentlige kort over vandrestier og muligheder i området. Venligt personale.

Gemütliches, sauberes Hotel sowie der Zimmer. Essen gut. Wellnessbereich super.

Petit hôtel au milieu un peu de nulle part aux portes de la suisse de Bohème. L'intérieur est relativement frais. Un service de restauration est offert ai rez-de-chaussée pour ceux qui ne veulent pas repartir sur Decin pour manger un bout. Le personnel est attentionné mais pour les langues, seul le tchèque et l'allemand sont pratiqués mais on parvient finalement à se faire comprendre. Petit point négatif, l'utilisation de l'espace détente (piscine, jacuzzi, sauna, etc...) se fait moyennant le paiement de 10 euros mais sans certitude que tous les équipements fonctionnent ou puissent être réparé le temps de l'utilisation de l'espace.

We found this very nice Hotel when browsing on the internet, and did not regret it. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and spoke both german and english, which was quite convenient. We had a very nice room (the princess suite, we took on purpose to celebrate an aniversary). We had most of our dinners in the Hotel in the evening, and we were quite happy with it. Prices were above average for the area, but that was expected. The wellness area was small, but nicely put for the space available. The sauna could have been a bit bigger, and we found that it was not enough space to rest if more people came to enjoy the pool. We had a lot of noise coming from the pool in the evening, although that was supposed to be after hours. Overall a good experience, though.

The hotel is really awesome. This is located in the mountain area of Decin, so it's very quiet. The rooms and restaurant is very nice, the wellness area is incredible good. My room was more than big enough, dinner wsa very tasty. Staff shoud improve their language skills. They don't speak too much English or German, in a 4 star hotel it could be an expectation. I think it's very impolite if they continue to speak in Czech, they didn't care I don't understand. Breakfast was extremely poor, there was no selection at all and it was not so nice that I neede to pay for the wellness area as a hotel guest.

The bathroom was well fitted out, in the bedroom there was little light so could be improved The restaurant of the hotel had good food, and the people were friendly. Restaurant and bar closes at 10 pm
