Room was okay. Very clean and with a Single bed?! Spa was exceptional - the reason I booked. Jacuzzi not hot though. Very tranquil setting. Made to feel very welcome. Dinner was excellent 👌

The lady at the reception was completely unpleasant and unkind. But the rest of the staff was good, especially big thanks to the main waiter at the restaurant. The wellness is very nice, you have to pay extra for it. Breakfast was very intermediate, which suprised us as there were a lot of international guest as well...restaurant in general (for dinner) was ok.

Absolutely loved my stay!!

Very nice rooms, clean, comfortable. Nice shower. The restaurant has really good food. The only downside was that the room was a little warm, I don’t think there is AC. If there was, we didn’t see it!

Ett bra hotell, spa och behandlingar är möjligt men inget vi nyttjade då vi fokuserade på naturupplevelser

I stayed in Decin to visit a client. The hotel was recommended by a colleague, and I was very happy...clean, comfortable, friendly staff, excellent shower and comfortable pillows/bed. The room wasn’t large by American standards, but perfect for a short stay. I don’t believe that the hotel has air conditioning, so the summer might be a slightly different experience. There is a very nice restaurant attached to the hotel, and the surrounding woods were beautiful. Overall, I was very happy and would be happy to return if I make it back to Decin.

Grundsätzlich okay. Aber wir hatten nach Hotels mit Haustieren (Hund) gesucht. Diese Hotel wurde uns vorgeschlagen. Allerdings konnte das von uns gewählte Zimmer vor Ort dann doch nicht bezogen werden. Das Alternativzimmer war okay, aber halt nicht das, welches wir uns ausgesucht hatten. Weiterhin mußte vor Ort eine "Hundegebühr" bezahlt werden, von der während der Buchung keine Rede war. Hier sehe ich Hotels.com in der Pflicht, solche Zusatzkosten besser zu recherchieren.
