Nice location

Great property, awesome spot-on the lake.

The washing machine and dryer were ancient and needed soo many dryer reloads for such a small load. Best to use a laundry mat.

The rooms were fairly clean at least

The pool and spa looked like it has not been cleaned in years. The mattress looked and felt like it was from the 80s and was the worst night of sleep I had in decades

Room location and view was pleasant. Layout was good.

Air con. not working, TV remote not working, ceiling fan unbalanced and looked unsafe to use. Smoke detector missing (this will be an OSH issue). A bedroom window security latch was broken, same bedroom wardrobe door was off its rail therefore uncloseable, living room sofa had 1 broken arm and other arms vinyl torn. No courtesy milk supplied at check in.

The views were amazing and affordable

The bed was very uncomfortable .. and premises were not really like the photos online - the grounds were messy and unkept - the pool area was nothing like photo

The location is lovely but that’s where it ends I’m afraid.

The outside environment was unkempt, the hot tub was full of green mouldy water, the benches haven’t been sat on for years because they are covered in verdigris and the outside water tap was covered in cobwebs. One of the swings needs repair, in fact the advert and photos promise so much but in reality it is quite different.

Spa and pool dirty and playground needed cleaning upgrade

Location is great

The property is struggling, but even with small strategic improvements like extra light, cutlery, new towels it could feel much more welcoming
