"Teleurstellend en oncomfortabel"

Vriendelijke ontvangst

Leek niet op de foto’s. Het interieur was zeer gedateerd en de badkamer was smerig en bestond uit kunststof platen. Het hele hotel rook naar Indiaas eten tot in de kamer zelf. Daarnaast lag het bed en de kussens niet lekker. Het raam kon ook niet dicht. Dit hotel heeft echt een update nodig.

Staff completely unhelpful, left stranded with nowhere to stay because the hotel had not completed the booking, providing an accessible room, for my parents in the 90s. I had contacted the hotel at the time of booking, message had not been documented. Staff refused to try to resolve, basically said" nothing we can do" had to drive to next location 2 hours away, who luckily sorted out rooms for us to stay.
