"A wonderful, idyllic stay"

From arrival the whole stay was fantastic. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the facilities were great, and the whole place was beautiful. The food at Jeff's Cellar was exceptional and would thoroughly recommend the whole experience.

"A little piece of paradise, truly."

EVERYTHING! The room is comfortable with its own pool and hot tub. Convenient if you would like to stay in. Room service menu is as vast as the restaurant itself and served as it would in the restaurant. Wide varity in breakfast menu. The housekeeping service is top notch, with turn down service. Coffee pods replenished (important for coffee people like us) Staffs in the restaurants are exceptional and hard working. (Ram, Siva, ZuYin and team in Pomelo). We tried all restaurants including Jeff's Cellar and Sky Bar and love them all. The ground is just paradise. We took a bike ride around the pond - superb! We were there for 6 days and it was not enough and sad to leave. Keep up the great job Banjaran! We will definitely be back!

Nothing actually. If anything at all it was the AC in our room that was making noise when it kicked in and out making the sleep less peaceful. That is an easy fix, I am sure. The Sky Bar is a gorgeous place to take a pre dinner drink and watch the sun goes down but it closes before that. Would be great if closing time extended to after sunset. Just a small recommendation to the property.

A hidden gem! Staff is exceptional, massages are good, the place is beautiful and the cave restaurant is the most beautiful restaurant I’ve been to!
