The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat

The all-inclusive stay within nature and with wonderful staff made our stay really memorable. We were here for my husband's birthday and we were upgraded to a beautiful water villa. The private pool, geothermal jacuzzi, undercover lanai and balcony, and the bedroom were all wonderful. The activities like the jungle walk, daily yoga, cycling, geothermal pool, steam and meditation cave, were all included without extra cost. Because all facilities are exclusive to hotel guests, they were never busy or with queues and this made the whole experience personal and enjoyable. The breakfast was exceptional and the ingredients are carefully chosen and mostly local and from their own organic farm. The staff are most hospitable and took care of all our needs, especially Bella and Haravien. In particular, I want to single out Haravien from the front desk who took the initiative to assist my husband who had a little fall during cycling. He went out of his way to facilitate medical attention at the adjacent medical centre. Overall, it was a marvelous getaway.

Just minor details - the coffee during breakfast needs improvement. Perhaps the hotel can use barista level coffee and milk. The rooms could be modernised with usb/usb-c outlets.

Omg..the whole place was amazing..at this age..almost to retiring..me and my wife enjoyed the whole experience. We had a good relaxation.. especially with the thermal tub and pool in our villa..and the nature itself..caught in sight a few otters, macaqs..and birds..loved it..tq Banjaran..will not be our first..we will return soon

Rooms cleaning services comes at awkward times..but I guess they are making sure we get the best..good job though

It was my second time at Banjaran. It’s still best place in Malaysia - peaceful, quiet, beautiful. The service is at the top. I did enjoy facilities and programs they offer. Two nights wasn’t enough.
