I never checked in i wanted this reservation canceled. i will never stay at hampton or use expedia again..

Nice staff, room and breakfast.

Old, dated & dirty - A/C is motion censored so it turns off when you are sleeping - so stupid - I was hot every night and staff doesn’t care. Looks like a room from a horror movie

The first room we were given was not acceptable. The shower door was broken and the shower itself was dirty and mold was present. The clerk on duty was exceptional and immediately moved us to another room. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The rooms were not cleaned well. No attention to details where cleanliness is of utmost importance ie showers with mold and dirt present.

The lady in the kitchen at breakfast was very helpful and really up on things, taking empty plates and wiping tables ☺. I also liked that they would text to check in and I could text any questions.

My husband would've liked a bigger TV 😁. The ice machine on 3rd floor didn't work, but was able to go to 2nd floor for ice. The shampoo pump didn't work in shower, but didn't say anything cause we had brought our own.

The only bad thing was the room smelled

Accessibility room only had a doorbell for hearing impaired which was not fully functional; wheelchair accessibility was not taken into account.

Everyone was nice. The bed was a little hard.

It was easy to find and we felt it was a safe area. There was plenty parking and near several restaurants, gas stations, and shopping areas. Most importantly, the bathrooms were clean, bedding and pillows were clean and fresh. The pool area was immaculate. Lobby and breakfast room were clean and inviting. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of food.

We saw a few minor worn places in our rooms that need just a little spruce up. One minor issue was that the tile in the entry and bathroom of one of our rooms was sticky and needed mopping. We told Ingrid at the front desk and it was immediately taken care of.
