Hampton Inn & Suites New Castle, PA

We are regular guests here having grandchildren in the area. We have stayed at a couple of local hotels but now always head straight for the Hampton Inn. We generally check in later in the afternoon and always receive a warm welcome from Ingrid. She makes us feel like we are at our home away from home. The hotel is well maintained with comfortable spacious rooms, plenty of outlets for charging devices and enough pillows of different densities to find the right one.

Staff was excellent! The hotel was under renovation while we were there but all was still good.

The renovated room was nice.

The place was torn apart. I was charged over $170 before tax for a hotel in a shambolic state in New Castle, PA. I understand you have to pout up with stuff when you renovate. But the cost was high end for a Hampton Inn in a small town and a closed lobby.

Nice breakfast selection, updated rooms.

The property is in a good location but the room was terrible especially the bathroom toilet was not cleaned properly and the bath was moldy and the slide door was hard to open due to being very old. However the front desk staff was nice , friendly and knowledgeable

We were very impressed that the property is currently undergoing renovation. The third floor we stayed on was completely remodeled. A minor criticism concerned the shower pressure. Although the shower head appeared to be brand new, it did not deliver a stronger water pressure. Also, the toilet tissue seemed to fall apart when wet. Other than that, no suggestions for improvement.

Floor we stayed on was recently renovated, room was very nice and spacious and very clean. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean and updated. The staff was all very nice and attentive. The location was not the best but there isn't a lot in New Castle.

The stay was nice but the staff was amazing. They were professional, kind and accommodating. This was my first stay here but I will definitely be a returning customer.
