The 2 rooms I booked were side by side

The rooms were out dated the carpet in one room was ripped when I went to first check in the front desk lady was very rude

Stay was nice, room was clean. Mattress I could feel the springs. Pillows were annoying. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good but wanted just plain scrambled eggs and they only have frittata...not good for sensitive stomach people. Options were limited for people with food sensitivity. Potatoes were cold and the sausage was too but it was cooked. Business suite was nice other than the toner was low so all my prints were smudgy. 3am screaming in the hallway jerked us all awake. Pool was nice. Coffee bar was nice too!! Not the worst place we ever stayed but there's been ones who scored higher in our days. Best hotel after the Covid era.
