Hotel Ristorante Calamosca

The restaurant located next to the property is fabulous. I would suggest getting the water view renovated room, it was nice she said the normal ones are not renovated so I think they would be quite bad. The grounds on the property were not really well maintained like the grass was long and messy. But it has a beach within 2 minutes walk and you can walk to the Poetto beach within 15 minutes.

Avevo già soggiornato molti anni fa al Calamosca per più giorni e serbavo un buon ricordo del livello del ristorante che questa volta non ho provato in quanto avevo dimenticato di prenotare. La posizione dell'hotel è indubbiamente notevole ma la struttura è fatiscente, senza contare il fastidiosissimo rumore durante l'intera notte causato da gruppo di giovani ignoranti che hanno pernottato nella caletta adiacente al ristorante. Data l'esperienza molto negativa reputo che non tornerò una terza volta.

Rooms are much worse then shown. Have the rooms (standard) are old and worn out. You have to get inside the bathtub to take a shower which has no curtain. Avoid those. “Deluxe “ rooms are newer but start getting there. AC units located on the bed side so the cold air blows over your bed - you will probably wake up sick with cold. Also no rooms have mini fridges unlike advertised when booking.

What a great little hotel this is! I was nearly put off by the negative reviews but I'm so glad I wasn't. Yes its an older hotel and does need some modernisation but it is what it is, a comfy hotel, right on the beach at an affordable rate! Don't be put off, its a 10 minute drive to down town Cagliari and the airport, its right on a beach and the area is really quiet. I didn't try the restaurant but other guests said it was amazing.

Das Hotel war absolut schrecklich! Ist das Geld nicht wert. Das Hotel ist hässlich, heruntergewirtschaftet, liebelos geführt, schmutzig, dreckig. Die Zimmer sind nicht wie auf den Bildern abgebildet, sondern veraltet und in einem schrecklichen zustand. Einrichtung passt nicht wie im Inserat beschrieben überein. Das Frühstück ist lächerlich, Auswahl sehr bescheiden und die Speisen werden nur extrem zögerlich nachgefüllt. Ich werde nie wieder in dieses Hotel zurückkommen!

Picture on the website are misleading. They do not correspond to the reality. Lots of people had complained. Some of them had left. Hotel proposed to cancel Booking.com reservation and reserve directly with them (in order to save some money). Rooms on 1st and 2nd floor are in a really old and crappy state. Rusty and old. No fridge in the room. Breakfast very poor (if you went down for breakfast bit late, there was nothing left). Every night, discussion for parking. Car without disable badge always parked in the dedicated disable parking. Staff not friendly. Équipements in the terrace: chairs and tables broken and dirty, equipment in the "garden" old, broken and dirty. DEFINITELY NOT TO COME BACK!!! PS1: Lots of pictures have been taken and available of request. PS2: The ONLY positive thing is the location and the see front.

Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. When our tour was canceled they helped booked us a sailboat trip. The location was wonderful excellent views.

L'endroit et le dejeuner

I spent 5 nights at this hotel. It is located on a small beac, which is not crowded. It is an amazing location to spend a relaxed holidays. The room was clean, large, and with a balcony facing the seaside and the lighthouse. Staff were nice I did not try the Restaurant

Had a lovely time in this hotel, with amazing views. Felt very safe with the covid measures and the staff was always wearing mask
