Nice staff, bathtub and shower in the bathroom, nice location, reasonably good breakfast

Dust could be removed more systematically in some places: cleaning could be improved, but really nothing major to complain about, the property is a good choice

Very comfortable bed and lovely decoration. It’s very central , the botanical coffee is just around the corner, perfect for coffee.

Our room didn’t have any outside space like the other rooms , and we had a lot of stairs to climb

This was our second stay, this time for 5 nights. The benchmark was high as we had such a fabulous time last time. Amazingly this time was even better. Alex arranged our transfer from the airport for us quickly and easily. We were welcomed back by Barend and checked in within minutes. We had an even more spectacular room. The pool was delightful. Clayton greeted us on our first morning with genuine enthusiasm. The breakfasts were definitely Devine. Excellent quality and brilliant service in the courtyard. Our laundry was sorted Nothing is a problem here. All we had to do was relax ! Great peaceful location. The staff are delightful. It’s lovely to see the ongoing maintenance work and the guy who does this is really friendly and thoughtful. We enjoyed a wine tasting tour, (arranged with hotel) tried our evening meal in the Fat Butcher restaurant, strolled around the lovely town and visited the botanical gardens which are on the doorstep before we picked up our car. Checkout was a breeze. Hope we can return soon.
