Die Unterkunft liegt in einer tollen, sicheren Gegend von Stellenbosch. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Das Personal ist rundum sehr freundlich -besonders Bernard, den wir in Absprache mit ihm Bernd nannten, ist ein echtes Juwel. Das Spa ist schön und Megan hat meine gebuchte Behandlung toll ausgeführt. Es war sehr entspannend.. auch wenn ein Late-Check-Out leider nicht möglich war, konnten wir den Parkplatz und alle anderen Räumlichkeiten bis zur Abreise am späten Nachmittag nutzen

Bei der Zimmerauswahl beachten, dass es zwei Zimmer direkt im EG gibt -Nahe der Rezeption. Uns hat es nicht gestört, anderen wäre es ggf. ein wenig zu laut.

Almost all good

The safe in the room was locked when I arrived and the staff did not manage to open it for my whole stay. Also the bathtub in the room did not work.

Poor choice at breakfast. Omelette off menu one day. Staff lovely but considering how much we paid, breakfast was disappointing

We only stayed there for 2 days but it was very nice, calm and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
