great place to use as your base,close to bus depot, downtown and restaurants.pool was nice, quiet quant and very inexpensive.better for couples.Our treat to a second honeymoon

Can not rave about this lovely little hotel enough. The rooms are cleaned daily and you are given fresh towels. The staff are polite, helpful and kind. The pool is beautiful and clean and a real sun trap. You are a 10 minute walk from Fira town centre which is on one road. Also a 2 minute walk to the right is a reasonably priced supermarket. For driving, you are based on the main road. (It's not that noisy at all) but makes a perfect base as you can go anywhere on the island easily. Plus parking at the hotel is good. What's handy and great about the rooms is that there is a hairdryer in the room and the shower in the bathroom is very powerful and lots of hot water. (The bathroom is quite small though). There's a fridge and kettle too. (But no facilities to cook) there are mugs and glasses for drinks though. Overall we are over the moon. Thank you for a great stay!

- Very close to airport & good locality - Center of the city. Good for transportation - Many restaurants of different cuisine close by (walking distance) - A sweet family owns the place. Very supportive with requirement for guests - Villa was clean, spacious & no issues at all Worth the stay. Value for the money. On top its the hospitality that makes you want to come again!!

It goes without saying that the island is fantastic all by itself, but honestly, this hotel was exactly what we wanted. Our room was always very clean and very simple (and since we only stayed 3 nights we didn't need anything more than what was already provided). The city center was a 5-minute-walk away making it close enough to come back to late at night but far enough to be quiet during the night. The bus station was less than a minute walk away. The people there were friendly. Overall I was very pleased.

Nicely located:v ery close to Fira city centre, but in a non-touristic area, so that you can still enjoy a quiet stay and the local way of living. The staff does not speak good English, and they do not accept credit cards. Simple hotel, but with all the facilities you need, including parking for your bike.

Nice little place. Stayed for a wedding where most of the other guests stayed in a massive over-priced resort around the corner (where you don't actually see the caldera unless you're stood on the main road). This place has a quiet pool area and is a 10-minute walk to the centre of Thira for about a fifth of the cost. Standard Greek room. Pillow too hard but air con and fridge were really useful. Not for a family but then Santorini is not a family place. No breakfast but bakeries two minutes either side.

Villa Ilios was a great base for our trip to Santorini. Only. Short walk into Fira and close to restaurants and a supermarket. They have a beautiful pool which was great. The staff there were very helpful and arranged to urgently post us some items we left behind which was amazing!!
