Hotel Encantada Casa Boutique Spa

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights--3 when we first arrived and 1 on our way back to Lima. It's a very quaint hotel with kind and helpful staff. The location is nice and there are lovely views of Cusco from the courtyard and balconies. Breakfast buffet is nice and they will make eggs to order. We first stayed in the main building above the lobby and the rooms are decent sized, quiet and bed comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and water was hot. When we returned at the end of our trip we had outdoor rooms in the courtyard. The seemed to be newly renovated. These rooms were much larger with updated bathrooms. Overall a comfortable stay and would stay again if we ever return. There are a few nice cafes and bars along the street, as well as shops to get water or have some laundry done. You should be aware that cars don't go directly to the hotel, they have to stop a short distance away and you walk up to the hotel with your bags. There are also stairs and uneven paths so if you have any mobility issues this might not be the right spot for you.

Beautiful stay! Views from the hotel over Cusco are stunning. Great breakfast with Omelette bar. Owners & staff couldn’t be nicer and more accommodating. Will absolutely come back

No hay suficiente calefacción en las habitaciones. El clóset no muy cómodo.

The hotel staff are exceptional in ensuring your every need is met. Bed very comfortable and warm doona. It’s in a great location to walk into the Plaza and restaurants, and a taxi can drop you off out the front with your bags from the Airport. As a single traveller I felt completely safe. Breakfast is amazing. Good hot water.

Excellent help and kind staff. Comfortable bed, good location. Hot water. Heating. I returned to this hotel several times and was able to store my bags while I went off on short trips.

The staff treated us like family - nothing was too much trouble. Everywhere was spotless, and the rooms were made up beautifully every day. The view is spectacular and all the restaurants, shops and places of interest in san blas are so close.
