Hotel Encantada Casa Boutique Spa

Excellent location, lovely property and the staff went above and beyond.

I booked two 60-minute deep tissue massages at Encantada Spa during my time in Cusco—one before the Salkantay Trek and one after. I especially want to recognize Fiorela, who was professional, attentive, and highly skilled. Before the trek, she helped me loosen up and prepare for four days of hiking. After completing the trek, her massage was exactly what I needed to recover from sore legs, hips, and back after long days on the trail. The spa was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. At approximately $40 USD for a 60-minute deep tissue massage, I also found it to be an exceptional value for the quality of the experience. If you’re visiting Cusco and planning the Salkantay Trek, Machu Picchu, or any hiking adventure, I highly recommend Encantada Spa. It was one of the best investments I made during my trip.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely incredible - they were so helpful, so accommodating, and just all around wonderful. The property is great and the rooms are comfortable. Great views from a little patio/balcony, and able to set up spa treatments on-site. Nice daily breakfast that included easy buffet items plus a made to order egg station. Coca tea to help with altitude consistently available. Great turn-down service before bed that includes a hot water bottle in each bed.

The location is up pretty high on a narrow street, so only small cars can directly access the front. If you take a shuttle or bus, you will have to walk up/down a decent amount of stairs between the access point and the hotel. If you take a normal taxi (small car) this can be avoided. Also, like most hotels in the area, you can't flush toilet paper, etc.

Had to walk 4 minutes from/to Uber car as the hotel cannot be reached from the road by car. Price is expensive. The jacuzzi access is not free, 70$/us/hour.

An amazing place, wonderful garden, great spa services. Great customer service and brilliant breakfast.

It was difficult for taxis to enter the street.

Very kind and accomodating staff. Very relaxing massages, great breakfast, amazing view of cusco, sweet boutique hotel. Would definitely go back there. They even provide hot water bottles for bed.
