"En general bien"

Está muy bien para las personas que viajamos de Tepic a Guadalajara; todo limpio y cómodo; solo que atrás del hotel pasa la vía del tren y por dos ocasiones nos hizo mucho ruido, aunque solo un minuto; también por la mañana la planta baja tiene mucho ruido con el desayuno. Todo lo demás bien.

"Bien si no quieres perder tu avance en carretera."

Un hotel limpio, sencillo, básico para no perder tu avance en carretera y seguir tu viaje al día siguiente. Algo ruidoso por las noches cuando llega el grueso de sus visitantes. La atención en recepción fue poco clara y nada amable.

En general muy bien y cumplió perfectamente mis espectativas que básicamente eran de un lugar LIMPIO para llegar a dormir, sin embargo, me decepcionó que no tuve agua caliente para bañarse. Cabe mencionar que no tuve tiempo de ir a preguntar a recepción sobre el agua caliente y quizá hubiera tenido solicion pero bueno, mi experiencia fue que no salió agua caliente cuando la necesite y no había teléfono para comunicarme a recepción para preguntar.

Our only disappointment was that there was construction occurring (non intrusive) and we had just left the renovations at our home. The service and room were great. Clean, spacious room, excellent bed, quiet and pet friendly, we were pleasantly surprised for the price. This will be a returning spot when we are on that side of Guadalajara!
