Hotel ZAR Guadalajara

No hay limpieza en el hotel, muy cerca del paso del tren lo que lo hizo ruidoso y movedizo, requiere mayor mantenimiento, el agua caliente sale con truco

Es un excelente hotel, y el personal muy amable

Fueron muy amables en recibirnos en la madrugada a pesar que nuestro Check in era hasta las 3:00pm; también nos cuidaron las maletas el día de nuestro regreso a la ciudad ya que teníamos que entregar la habitación a las 12:00pm y nuestro viaje salía hasta las 12:00am. Lo único que nos desagradó fue que el baño olía mucho a caño pero de ahí en fuera estuvo bien el lugar

Buena atención durante el check in y personal muy amable y servicial.

Buena ubicacion para usarlo de paso , sabanas sucias

It was disappointing to pay that much for a room that it’s so outdated. The top sheet was torn and thin. The shower floor had some strips full of mildew. Only gave us 2 old bath size towels, no others. The location is so difficult to find and coming back from Tequila there is no turn. We had to drive about 2 to find a way to go westbound.

1_ the linen on the bed, was not clean, 2 -the bathroom was so dirty, 3- it was a lot of noise..so our stay in the Hotel, was not a good Experience.

Todo muy bien el estacionamiento esta muy amplio y los cuartos limpios.

pros: good price and the place is clean, the staff is helpful and has continental breakfast (paid separately) cons: train tracks are behind and train runs at night, kindda loud if you need a second towel (or more I guess) you have to ask for it not that bad, just inconvenient
