"Very disappointed, will not return"

The staff member at registration desk was so slow, it was taking up to 20 minutes for her too register customers, a huge line developed. We booked two rooms and neither key worked, we had to return to front desk 4 times before they worked. The restaurant was closed and the location did not have any neighboring restaurants so we were unable to eat dinner. The grounds were in disrepair, hard to take my dog for a walk. There was no hot water for a shower. Staff was not helpful at all. Will never return and do not recommend to travelers.

No ponen jabón ni shampooo, por el precio del mismo deberían poner Mucho ruido... sobre todo en las mañanas Otros huéspedes les asignaron mi hab e intentaron abrir mi puerta, muy mal!!

EL BAÑO MUY DESCUIDADO. UNA REGADERA PINCHURENTA DE BAÑO DE 5TA. EL HECHO DE QUE ESTEN LA POLICIA FEDERAL INCOMODA MUCHO. TAMBIEN DEBERIAN DE PEDIRLE QUE RESPETEN EL ESTACIONAMIENTO MAS PEGADO A LA PUERTA A LOS CLIENTES Y NO QUE ESTAN TODAS LAS CAMIONETA AMONTONADAS PEGADAS A LA PUERTA PRINCIPAL. MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA NO RECOMIENDO NI REGRESO
