Like in all hotel you can expect some issues, but staff is really nice and can solve all your problems. But it is good hotel.

I only spend a couple of nights but over all it was a good experience, would recommend it to all who is looking for a spot for a quick getaway, my room was comfortable and clean, view was amazing, beach front scenery, pool and bar experience was awsome and the food amazing

Lovely Hotel!!! Breakfast was really nice and the staff was really friendly. Close to a lot of nice restaurants and to the beach! Would definitely recommend staying here. All of the staff even the cleaners are super friendly and helpful!!!

Its a decent resort style hotel in the Oasis chain. Not particularly close to anything, but thats fine when all you want to do is relax by the pool. There is no beach - beach in Praia is blah, better to go to Sal or Boa Vista for quality beaches. Room was correct, nice balcony overlooking the water and view on Fogo volcano, which was neat! AC worked well, wifi was sometimes spotty but ok in general. Good towels. Front desk staff were helpful and responded to a request to fix the sink to drain properly and refill the soap dispensers (but this should be managed by the housekeeping anyway). Breakfast was very good, large variety of items. Supper was another story entirely - takes AGES to get any attention from a waiter and then another hour to actually get food. All sitting in the dark, because there's very little indoor dining area for supper (that I could see) and the outdoor seating has no practical lighting at all. Pool was nice, but always super windy so basically no use. Also not heated so only good during summer.

After changing the first room , was very bad , we got another room , what was well . the food in restaurant was , say well , but I ecpected beter for an hotel like this . people in the reception where very kind .

The hotel is good but the are a number of little things that were annoying the shower head would not stay in position,one could hear the people in the rooms next door.
