Rockwood Manor Bed & Breakfast

We needed to leave before breakfast was served and could not get it earlier, so cannot comment. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was recently updated.

Main stairwell was a circular stairway, which was very loud and squeaky; you could not step on the stairs without making a lot of noise (and I am a small person).

Great experience, I've enjoyed staying here for about 20 years on and off.

Great to have breakfast served at a proper dining table. This place is a real stateley home and gives one a feeling that we were staying in the luxury of 2 centuries ago!

Lack of communication, nobody there to greet us on arrival, we just had to enter a code and let ourselves in, felt very strange!

This was the most amazing stay

The Rockwood Manor is a beautiful home. We enjoyed relaxing in the library. Our room had a beautiful view of the front of the property. We were fortunate to have snow flurries during our stay. Christy was happy to accomodate our preferences for breakfast. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We enjoyed genealogy and Virginia history discussions with Frank.

We loved our stay and have no recommendations for improvement.

A gorgeous home built in the 1800s and still owned by the same family and lovingly cared for through multiple generations. The current owners are impeccable hosts and a wealth of knowledge.
