Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orem-North Provo by IHG

There was a musty smell in room 103, and a huge wet spot on the carpet in front of and to the left of the AC unit. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable!

Always a favorite place to stay, clean, easy to get to and comfortable.

Great location, facility, and front desk assistance

My room was very spacious. Having a refrigerator and microwave was nice since not all hotels include them. I really appreciate the number of outlets in the room which sounds like it should be no big deal but some hotel rooms have so few I could not charge or plug in more than 2 devices at the same time unless I had one in the bathroom area. Although I stayed by myself, this room would have been more than enough space for two. The complimentary breakfast was tasty. Thank you to this location for having a good variety and some healthier options such as egg white omelets and turkey sausage. All staff I interacted with were friendly. Specifically the gentleman who checked me in on Monday evening (10/6) and the individual monitoring the breakfast. This was a positive experience.

Very clean and quiet

Relatively new roadside chain hotel near a local college, just off the I 15 with breakfast. If that's what you want, this is it.

Room was cool and clean

We were first time visitors for 2stays in this hotel. We enjoyed everything except 2 items. 1st. Breakfast looked inviting but the food was cold. 2nd stay-we enjoyed the room except for the fact that we had no way to adjust the tempature of the room. it was strickly air on or air off. this was very odd and very uncomfortable to rest.

Staff were friendly and helpful

Breakfast was better than average hotel. No complaints about the rest of the stay either.
