Pineridge Hotel at Mall Road

The location is very ggod and also the fooding and staff behaviour very good.

More attention is required for cleaning like taking cleaning the dust bin every day.

1. Location, location, location 2. Spacious rooms 3. Clean spaces 4. Access to the central place of Darjeeling 5. Good mattresses and good sleep quality 6. We could keep our luggage after checking out.

1. A few of the sofas need overhauling. 2. Every floor should have a tea station so that it is easier for room service. 3. The restaurant should open early. 4. The hotel is under-staffed. It seriously needs to employ more staff.

Beautifully located for views, the best part was the view of Kanchenjunga directly from the hotel at sunrise, also it's located in front of Mall Road fountain. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel staff and those in the restaurant were very courteous and helpful. The restaurant is clean, good food as well.

Rooms were simply amazing. Good, spacious room that had a view of Mount Kanchenjunga. The friendliness of the staff. Prime location at Mall Road beside the water fountain. Great food at the hotel's restaurant! The cleanliness of the sheets and towels.

No Lift

I was gone for a business trip, hence asked for a ground floor room, they even managed a particular room for my meeting. They are really cooperative and helpful.

I noticed that after 10 PM, the hospitality seemed a bit slow.

Only selling point is the location, which is right in the heart of Darjeeling.

Property is very old and not well maintained. Floor was not clean, bedding is very old. You can see signs of mold on the walls and rooms are not pleasant. Property needs maintenance on immediate basis. The staff behavior was rude and is aligned with the past reviews those I read on the site.

Clean room. Very helpful and professional staff.

The 4 hours if thumping base from the ‘music’ from across the street!
