I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Pineridge. and it was truly a memorable experience. This stunning heritage hotel, nestled in a prime location, made it easy to explore the city's top attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was warm and ATTENTIVE, PROVIDING EXCELLENT SERVICE THROUGHOUT MY STAY.

The staff behavior and the room and washroom were so clean. Everything was great.

Location was perfectly fine The property is good as it was a heritage property and convenient for travelling

The property has a miscommunication gap between each other (team). The washroom didn't have light The wifi was not working The room don't even had a single bottle of water. While booking I was told by the staff that I will get parking facility. But when I reach I was told by hotel front desk that they don't have it. So it was quiet a mess

The rooms were so good, as were the staff and food. The location was great.

Only the location.

Absolute malfunctioning. They have mentioned to pay at the property. But, once you book, they will immediately call and ask for advance payment. Literally forced me to checkout one day prior to serve other tourists who have probably paid more. In this budget real heritage properties are available within 500m radius.
