Pink Flamingo Resort

Such a great, colourful place with everything one could want. The setup is so good and easy for traveling with a puppy, thoroughly enjoyed it for the second time.

The bathroom feels a little old, some of the tapware needs replacing. The shower heads don’t seem very water efficient and it’s hard not to splash all over the bathroom. That said it still feels clean and comfortable.

Was very private and great location.

I have stayed at Pink Flamingo a few times and love its bohemian vibe and private cabins. The pool area is great and walking distance to main street of Port Douglas.

The cabins are feeling a little unloved at the moment, however the price reflects this.

Quirky spacious, private accommodation; very quiet, lovely to wake to the sound of birds. Pool ideal and honesty bar was a bonus. 20 minute walk to the main town and restaurants; though restaurants nearby.

Slightly tired

The gardens and jungle plants are exceptional! The room was spacious and and the kitchen was well-equipped. The outdoor shower was amazing especially being surrounded by jungle and so any birds. We also loved the pool. It is well-maintained and the whole place is very fun.

Everything - especially being pet friendly. Fun, colourful, inclusive and accommodating. A real hidden gem

Close to town and fog friendly. Off street parking.

Fence needed a bit of work as my dog got out when a storm came over.

Loved the spacious room and private courtyard, was great for our dog. Pool was lovely with plenty of chairs and the added benefit of the bar & bbq. It was so quiet we could hardly tell anyone else was around.
